We prepare documentation in the field of personal data protection and privacy protection, as well as conduct audits of the compliance of companies' activities in the implementation of personal data processing procedures with the Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data and accompanying acts.
We comprehensively prepare documentation regarding the protection of personal data, including privacy policies, data processing agreements, records of processing activities, consents to data processing, information clauses and procedures for responding to incidents of personal data breaches.
In addition, we advise entities that, as a data controller, transfer personal data outside the European Economic Area, assessing the risks that may result from this and the degree of compliance with the requirements for this type of data transfer.
