We help entrepreneurs in choosing the right legal form of the company that is to be established and prepare comprehensive documentation necessary for its registration. We also obtain all necessary permits for our clients and submit reports to public administration authorities.

We provide both on-going and periodic services for commercial companies, including for their bodies. We participate in shareholders 'meetings, general shareholders' meetings, company management board meetings, preparing minutes and other necessary corporate documentation.
