Jakub has advised and supported clients in negotiations in multi-million-dollar asset deals and share deals. For years, Jakub has been providing comprehensive legal services for construction investments, in particular for property development investments.

Successfully advises entities operating in the new technologies and online marketing sector, in particular with regard to M&A transactions. Extensive experience in litigation and out-of-court dispute resolution. Speaks English.

Provides comprehensive services to support development and commercial investment processes at all stages, including due diligence, acquisition of real estate, organisation of investment financing, including negotiation of loan agreements, as well as preparation and implementation of investments.

Draws up and negotiates contracts in business transactions, including in the investment process, with particular emphasis on construction contracts. Advises and represents clients in civil and administrative proceedings.

At the Firm, Magdalena coordinates administrative and office processes. Responsible for billing and financial issues, as well as budget planning and control, cooperation with external entities and service providers, also onboarding of new employees. As a Head of the Administration Department implements processes to improve the day-to-day functioning of the Firm.

In the office, Katarzyna is responsible for serving clients, monitoring the meetings calendar, assisting in the organisation of business trips, ensuring proper circulation of documents and flow of information, supporting the team in current matters, contact with clients, courts and offices, handling incoming and outgoing correspondence.
