We provide ongoing legal services to investors, developers and other entities operating on the real estate market. We provide support at every stage of the investment, from the purchase of a specific property to its sale or commercialization. At each step, we identify the risks associated with a specific transaction, indicating the most favourable legal, financial and tax solutions.

We provide our clients with legal support in the process of obtaining investment financing and negotiating contracts, including preliminary and conditional agreements, agreements for the transfer of ownership rights, agreements for construction works, agreements with the general contractor and subcontractors, agreements with architects. We help in the legal organization of a development project, we prepare information brochures, reservation agreements and development agreements.

We also provide assistance in concluding and negotiating real estate rental and lease agreements, including office and commercial premises.

In addition, we conduct due diligence analyses of real estate and companies that own them, as well as prepare legal analyses in the field of civil, construction and administrative law.
