COURT PROCEEDINGS

We represent our clients in court proceedings before common courts and administrative courts, in both instances, as well as the Supreme Court and the Supreme Administrative Court.

We start each procedure with establishing a long-term trial strategy that will not only protect the client, but also allow to obtain satisfactory results in a given court case. However, before bringing the case to court, we try to resolve disputes amicably, as trials tend to involve high costs for the client and long waiting periods, which may turn out to be disproportionate, as contrary to the resolution of the conflict by amicably.

We conduct proceedings in the field of, inter alia, civil law, commercial law, intellectual property law, competition and consumer law, as well as real estate law.
